Ankara is a legendary Diskylios, but in a way that most other demons would find completely inappropriate. She's "nice", and for the most part, safe to be around.

This is a real Diskylios. Morhithax. If her coloring didn't warn you right off the bat, the fact that she's just torn your head from your shoulders might.

Diskylios are very colorful creatures. Bright red, gold, green, blue and indigo are common base colors, and tribal-like markings in contrasting black or storm grey are normal. Cut to Morhithax. Her base is solid black, and her body is marked in solid white. White is a forbidden color among the species. Among most demon species. It signifies a much greater level of power. And Morhithax is powerful. In the height of the great demon wars, she was one of the Diskylios who gave her species the infamous reputation it retains to this very day.

Ankara knows Morhithax very well. Morhithax was the Diskylios who spawned her. The fact that they look nothing alike is evidence of how different they are. There is no feeling of family between them. They spend most of the time pretending the other doesn't exist.
