If she doesn't do what he demands, he can email the file from an anonymous address. Either to himself, so he can have a reason to legitimately reprimand her, or to her friends. She could accuse him, but if the first thing someone else sees is the video, there's virtually no chance of anyone believing her. The best chance she's got is going to military police or equivalent straight away to report the blackmail; in which case they could find the video on his computer (assuming they're able to search without him knowing first); but even then, if he's sneaky and paranoid there's a chance he'll have already established a trail by which he could have obtained the video without being at the party.

Can't wait to see where this is going; but mutually assured destruction isn't so much protection when only one person has proof.

Well as I understood the whole party it was most likley the case that you got in if someone knew you and we also know from Page 228 and 229 that he knows Martin and Manda to some degree. So what if one of them finds out about this little scheme of his here? Words tend to spread fast in this Community and somewhere down the line there is one who knows stuff about him. And nobody likes a snitch, especialy a blackmailing one.

To be honest for a blackmail attempt this one is a bit stupid and shortsighted because in the long term you will gain absolutly nothing and loose alot if that one goes south. It is all based on the gamble that Star remains quiet about it which sooner or later will fail or go wrong in another way. But to be honest that guy is probaly one some sort of powertrip right now which seems to hamper his rational thinking.

Thats what I think gives me so much anxiety about the whole situation. As a 3rd party observer Star has so much ammunition on her side that she can't even see due to a rightful sense of fear. I don't fully know how it works in Shine's world, but in almost any military a Sergeant, while intimidating to the rank and file, is not that powerful in the grand scheme of any military structure. His gambit fully relies on Star's fear of being outed and not recognizing how much worse the consequences of his actions are for him. Unfortunately for our little lynx he is hitting all of her weaknesses.

It's been my experience that most kink spaces Do allow for cameras, and for video to be taken. But usually you're expected to Ask before filming someone. And from the way this is all coming out, I'm pretty sure he was filming secretly.

Based on my understanding of it, the only possible way to successfully blackmail someone is anonymously. The moment your victim finds out who you are you're almost guaranteed to end up murdered, counter blackmailed, or at the very least dragged into a massive public scandal and possibly sued or arrested for any illegal acts you might have performed.

So yeah, this is definitely going to come back to bite Marellis in the ass. It's just a question of whether or not Star can get out of this unscathed.

It's a very very VERY dangerous prediciment. From my understanding, Marellis recorded this with no audio and in a way where none of the footage can be traced back to him. All he has to say is that someone from a anonymous source brought it too him. Shoot, he could even make a throwaway email account to send to his real email to make it that much more convincing.

Even if Star pointed the finger at him and tried to tell everyone that he was the one that took the video, there's still the issue of it being her word against his. He's a much higher rank officer and her superior, while Star doesn't have the best track record for being what most would consider a "Model Soldier". And even THEN, the only way that she can be able to even bring the possibility to light that he was the one who took the video is... Showing said video to everyone who would have to be involved in watching it and determining what should happen to the two of them.

And not only THAT, even if it worked, and it got Marellis imprisoned or kicked out of the military or barred from ABDL events or anything else like that, there's still the fact that everyone will know that Star is a ABDL, and word like that spreads. Friends will find out. FAMILY will find out. It's very easy to say that, as unfortuantely conservative minded as a country like Britian can be when it comes to things like this, Star will be very much ostracized from both family and friends.

As long as Marellis has that video in his possession, there's nothing Star can do that doesn't warrent risking doing something that will have everyone find out about this...

What I meant by anonymous blackmail would be something like if Star got an un-stamped package in her mail with that video on a thumb drive and one of those letters made out of cut and pasted letters from magazines saying "Transfer 20,000 Euros to this Swiss bank account within 72 hours or I send this video to your friends and family." In that scenario Star is completely helpless because she doesn't know who is blackmailing her.

In this case she at least knows Marellis is the one she has to deal with, so she could do something like talk to Manda and Tessa about getting counter blackmail on him, or break into his house at night to murder him. Not that I think Star would do that of course, but Marellis can't know for sure that she wouldn't. In real life a surprising number of otherwise normal people react that way to being blackmailed by someone they know, simply because of how trapped and powerless it makes them feel, and especially if they're being blackmailed into doing something sexual.

My point was that Marellis is taking a huge risk to himself by openly blackmailing Star to her face, and at their place of work no less. Which is why I called him an arrogant bastard.

On another note, secretly recording anyone at a private party without those people's consent (especially in regards to kink) is a huuge violation and pretty morally wrong.

Even granting that this particular story has not done a great job of drawing firm lines between fantasy and reality, it's exceedingly clear that the scenario you describe would be a gross abuse-of-power, both within the context of the story and in any analogous real-life situation.

Despite the lack of a consistent level-of-realism, it's pretty obvious that the dynamics depicted in the story are supposed to be at least vaguely analogous to real-life AB/DL social dynamics, and interpreting it through that lens what you've proposed is disgusting and abusive. This is very troubling as I have been a victim of similar circumstance many years ago. It was photographs not video. I also never knew whom the person was, that stole and trolled me with the photos putting them out for the public. Which is also why I'm not really open about it. Learned a lot about internet footprints what you put out there will always be out there. Some days I have more courage and share some things. People are mean and often without any reason at all or being provoked they do it just to hurt someone.

I love black mail scenes but I'm almost getting tired of the fact that people don't take the time, to actually try and get out of it. Yeah it's terrifying, but there are things Star could do to get out of this kind of predicament.

First everyone at the party knows and or can at least identify Sarge, he was there, he's not some specter. So yeah if the video were called out and testamonials were called in he would be called out.
Secondly this is a military compound, you call into question the nature of a video that was downloaded on to a secure system. The commanding officers have the full right to tear through your computer's systems to figure out what and where it came from. So even if he downloaded the email from a strange email, he downloaded a possible virus on to a secure computer and viewed essentially porn during work hours. Sarge could get court martialed and he can have a good lawyer and such but you have someone come in and validate a testimony, mainly the kind mother whose looking over for star's baby half. He's done.

Thirdly, depending on the security of the installation, star could literaly dig out her phone, and start recording the screen and the office to show that there is an association between the video and Sarge, and dare open that mess of chaos.

Fourth: just let him call it out, if this goes to court even publicly, there both bound to be fired for preforming unbecoming acts that could shame the face and nature of the military, but it also complete destroys and defaces Sarge's work record. Because he was blackmailing an officer into preforming salicious acts.

If I had the time, I would write such story where someone rises up against the blackmail, but it would be nice for someone to do it too; or at least start devising a way to get out of it instead of just taking it. I want to see someone finally say "Fuck this, I will ruin you, if that ever gets out!"

This story has all the possibilities for a good and legal defense in star's favor, something that out weight Sarge's abilities to fairly counter at the detriment of self exposure. And if this story goes down a black mail route, it seems counter intuitive to the story, because Star would most likely hate diapers forever, and letting go and being herself. She has the chance to be herself and let go with the perfect mother figure, part of this story should be about reinforcing that and seeking aid from her, not letting sarge dominate Star with blackmail.

When I 1st read this comic I had low expectations but now its getting really interesting

I've seen people talk about people backing her up to say he was there, even with a lack of proof, or that there's video of him out there. But really even if they can't get him exposed, should this all hit the proverbial fan, she tells anyone what he did to expose her and his butt isn't going to see another event for miles around. In my experience taking pictures or videos of anyone at events like these is a big no no. Exceptions exist of course. But that paired with the fact that I know if you mess up in my local kink community you aren't getting into and events without practically leaving the state.
