Powers & Abilities:
Kitty is a skilled martial artist mastering a good chunk of them. She can also use her feline instincts in battle, with her claws being registered as lethal weapons, striding on all fours to move faster, and could lose control of them whenever she feels threatened or afraid. Kitty is also a skilled marksman, can survive many heavy hits, and is fluent is 120 different dialects.

Bio:
Life has never been good to Kitty Katswell. After her father has been killed by the villainous General Guar, her life has been a total wreck. Her mother has always favored her twin sister Katty over her, and was basically the runt of the litter. However, when she was six years old, Kitty discovered that she came from a long line of ancestors that were part of many great historical events, and she wanted to live up to her family name. But, one night while Kitty and her family were minding their own business, a group of seven criminals came and destroyed her home in Catsville, Colorado. Thankfully, Kitty's family was able to escape to Petropolis, California, but the criminals known as the Crimson Komodo Clan found a secret document that lead them to the Katswell Family Archives off the coast of Cape Verde, Africa.
With very little money, Kitty faced even MORE problems. Aside from her snooty, stuck up cousin, Cassidy Catz, attending high school with her, she also didn't have many friends growing up. Despite making her high school cheerleading team, she was the most hated member due to her uncontrollable feline instincts. One day, she got into a fight with one of the other cheerleaders, and it caused her to get SO angry, she went feral, and attacked her. It scared the rest of the squad so much, they didn't go near Kitty for three weeks. As a result of this, Kitty was removed from the squad, and the girl who provoked her was detained for three weeks. But, Kitty wasn't detained. While her mom did ground her for a month, she spent the rest of her high school days training to control her instincts under King DeSousa's tutelage, right until she went to TUFF Academy to follow in her father's footsteps.
After graduating after eight years, Kitty found a job at the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force's Petropolis wing as a full-time agent. Her first partner was their top agent Jack Rabbit, who was actually a criminal posing as an agent to get their crime-fighting secrets. One day, Jack lured Kitty into a trap, and tried to drain her brain of her family secrets, and had his criminal cohorts blow her up eight times until an ex-cop named Jake Wolfsbane came by and rescued her. Kitty was so grateful to him that she offered a job to him, but after Jack betrayed her, she refused to work with anyone ever again.
This made her insecure until she met a young German shepherd boy named John Shepherd, and his dim-witted cousin Dudley Puppy, who had just graduated from TUFF Academy three weeks ago. So, the Chief has made John and Dudley Kitty's new partners, but refused due to what happened between her and Jack. However, when Kitty and Dudley were captured by Snaptrap trying to get the Kruger Rat back, John escaped to get some major back-up for Kitty. Upon bailing her out, Kitty stilled refused a partner, but John suggested that she should lead a team of crime-fighters to not only teach them the ropes of crime-fighting, but to help her regain her confidence and trust in people. Kitty agreed, and after talking things out with the Chief, she and her new team became official liasons for TUFF, helping to protect the world from the evil General Guar and other threats to the world of furries.

Personality & Traits:
At first glance, because of her professional demeanor and troubled past, Kitty seems like a pretty anti-social individual. But, once you get to know her more, she's actually a very sweet girl who only wants what's best for her friends, family, and the citizens of Petropolis. When she first joined TUFF Academy, she was a bit overwhelmed by the fact that she had a lot to live up to. But, as she grew older, she realized that it was her responsibility to uphold the law, and maintained a professional demeanor as to not disappoint her peers. But, deep down, all she really wanted was acceptance and friends who love her for who she is. Fortunately, she found it in the form of her teammates in Team Katswell. They were more than just soldiers to her orders, they were the first real friends she ever had.
While she loves to fight crime, there's nothing Kitty loves more than to curl up with a good book, and maybe claw on a scratching post or two, to unwind after such. She also enjoys rock n roll music, watching samurai movies, playing retro video games, pizza, stuffed animals, and belly dancing. But, if you ask her to cook, forget it! She's one of the lousiest cooks in the world, as evidenced by the TUFF Thanksgiving dinners she's prepared.
Also, if you expose her to catnip, she'll begin to weaken. After Jack double-crossed her, Kitty's been sniffing the stuff to remain calm, even though it could hinder her fighting skills.
