He was now completely transformed into a snake. Anything he tried to say came out as hissing.
At least the pain was gone. He hadn’t been poisoned to death either. But he was in a different predicament now. Without any limbs, Arysdron wouldn’t be able to use any of his equipment in this form.
Great! Now what do I do?!
He could at least move and set about trying to learn how to slither with his new body. Maybe he could still find where the Snake Idol had dropped and get it out of here. However, his new instincts kept sensing rodents scurrying about in the dark…and the serpent was hungry.
