It was a neat little gift featuring the two suiting and masking in Callie Briggs and Felina Feral from Swat Kats who are dressed in "bunnygirl" outfits. Why am I posting such an old picture here? Because it was one of the few images from back then that featured my OC Sammy. One of the few that I didn't draw or commission some one else out of pocket. Granted it's an older version of Sammy, but Sammy none-the-less.

In retrospect, this image has started to mean a lot more to me over the years. I went through a period where I felt I had to fake who I was or fake what I wanted in hopes of being on good terms with people. Needless to say, it backfired; and there are repercussions from it still occurring years later.

Sammy was my OC since 2016, but not many people were interested in having him in artwork around them. Instead, they were more interested in another OC of mine: An OC I put little to no effort into who was rushed out the door to pander to people who preferred anthropomorphic characters. A character who I had to treat like he was my default avatar in hopes that I wouldn't be excluded from anything.

Little did I know that if I had been patient, Sammy would have eventually been accepted and maybe even wanted for more pictures like this. This is what I get for being desperate for attention/being liked, even though chances are I still would have gotten those things anyway.

In retrospect, I should be grateful that there were people out there who wanted to be in a pic with Sammy... maybe there still are, or maybe there will be more. Time will tell.
