The following people work at Northwood Bank and are listed in order from left to right, as referenced from the picture. Furthermore, the people listed below are not the only employees that work at Northwood Bank; they're only a good portion of its workforce.

Tracy and Morgan Creed
Tracy and Morgan Creed, both 25 years old, are twin sisters who are identical in virtually every way possible. The only real difference between the two being their eye color (Tracy has aquamarine eyes, while Morgan's eyes have more of a turquoise color). And even then, the difference is barely noticeable. Due to this fact, many people tend to easily confuse one sister with the other. Furthermore, not only do the two vixens look and sound a lot alike, but they also act a lot alike too; for both possess a very kind, sincere, and generally good-natured personality.

The Creed twins (sometimes referred to as just "the twins") also appear to be rather synchronized when it comes to their interactions and relationships. They have a tendency to finish each other's sentences, wear similar (if not identical) outfits, and even display similar responses to certain stimuli (i.e. they're both happy, sad, shocked, etc. at the same time). Because of this, some people speculate that they share some sort of empathic bond with one another. And the fact that one twin is never seen without the other, only helps to reinforce that theory.

Tracy and Morgan both work as bank tellers for Northwood Bank, and are also good friends with Tanya.

Vanessa Mason
Vanessa Mason, age 27, is another teller for Northwood Bank as well as another good friend of Tanya's. She's the type of woman that likes to solve problems and challenge herself intellectually, usually by working on various kinds of puzzles. Puzzles like Chinese finger traps, Rubik's cubes, crossword puzzles, and Sudoku grids. She enjoys working on said puzzles rather frequently, even though she isn't particularly good at any of them. They constantly leave her with a perplexed look on her face.

Vanessa also fancies herself as a budding science-fiction writer. The ambitious ferret hopes that a publisher will be interested in syndicating her stories very soon. For now though, her five part epic of aliens replacing the world's gold supply with chocolate mousse will have to go unread by the general public.

Bucky Norton
Bucky Norton, age 28, is Northwood Bank's head of security and the type of guy that thinks rather highly of himself. He's the sort that's seen way too many action films, and thinks he's prepared for any kind of contingency because of them. So whether it be robbers, crazed gunmen, or even laser-toting killer robots, he thinks he can handle any kind of situation that comes his way (even though the particular bank that he's watching over now has never been robbed before in its history).

Bucky's a good guy though, wanting only to do a good job and protect his charges. This overeager beaver however can sometimes get carried away, and has been known to let his own self-confidence get the better of him.

Mr. Blain
Mr. Blain is the manager of this particular Northwood Bank, and is also something of an enigma. No one that works inside the bank knows what he really looks like, since he's always the first to arrive to work and the last one to always leave. He spends every day cooped-up in his office, telling people what to do through only the intercom system. Because of his secrecy, many of his employees wonder what he looks like, or if he is even actually a "he". As far as they know, Mr. Blain could even be a female; though it is very unlikely.

Nonetheless, despite his mysterious nature, Mr. Blain seems like a nice enough person. He always speaks to everyone with a very calm, courteous and respectful manner; and he has been known to pay his employees rather well. So his employees tend to like him, even though they never really get to see him.
