Lightning sighed as he looked up at the airport screen. It felt like he had been here for ages. With a storm going his flight kept getting delayed, leaving Lightning stranded in the airport much to his dismay. A half our turned into an hour, and an hour turned into twelve. It just kept getting pushed back, so Lightning decided to walk around the airport to cool his temper from the annoyance of the situation.
The food courts were expectedly cramped, especially with all the delays and cancellations. While he was a little hungry, the incredibly large lines made it easy to ignore it and wait to eat later. What was of more interest would be the open section past check in, where a booth was set up.
On the booth would be pictures of Eevees, all dressed in different outfits from swim wear to fancy attire. There were various Eevees as well, though none repeated. The inside of the booth would have an Espeon and Sylveon, both females wearing crop tops with the words "Clickbait Eevee" spread across the chest and eyeshadow and makeup on their face. Lightning was curious what it was all about, and with nothing but time to kill he may as well!
"So anyways, if we don't get to go to Hawaii after this then what was the point coming to an airport!" Sylveon complained out loud.
"I know right? Eevee better be treating us to a better vacation! I can't write a top ten list about an airport, they're all the same! Just food and souvenirs that cost triple what they're worth!" Espeon nodded her head
"And I did NOT buy that coconut bra for nothing! I am going to use that, beach or not! I can use it for a cute outfit or something too!"
"Girl you would ROCK that look! Not as good as I could but I won't step in your lane. Grass skirts are too itchy anyways! It's all about yoga outfits!"
"You do rock yoga outfits..." Sylveon smiled. "And you're like, waaay more flexible than everyone else! You gotta teach me sometime!"
"Maybe I could teach you in my ways." Espeon pondered. "BUT only if you make me something bow-y!"
"It's a deal!" Sylveon said excitedly. "You don't have to ask twice! I always say that everyone looks good in a bow!"
"Wait, if you want to do it then I want to get something better out of the deal! Making your body flexible is going to take a lot of time!"
"Nope! Too late!" Sylveon shook her head. "Should of made me do more!"
"That's not fair! Do you know how long it's going to take to get you to put your foot behind your head? It's a lot to work towards!"
"Nah, I bet I could do it right now!"
"Then do it! I wanna see!"
"I will, because I totally can and can totally prove you wrong!" Sylveon said, lifting her back paw up, barely managing to reach up to her rear, needing to use a hand to do so. "Just...gotta...stretch!"
"Going to give up yet?" Espeon asked, crossing her arms and laughing.
"Not a chance!" Sylveon said, struggling to maintain her balance. "Just gotta...oop, down I go!" she cried out, stumbling and falling down.
"See? I told you it's harder than it looks!" Espeon giggled looking down. "So if I'm going to teach you I want more out of it!"
"We'll see!" Sylveon pushed herself up and dusted herself off. "I think I sprained something..."
"Are you alright in there? Sorry to interrupt." Lightning asked in a concerned tone looking to the Sylveon.
"I'm always alright!" Sylveon answered back in a chipper tone. "Never better because I am good at yoga and know how to fall properly!"
"She always gets like this, don't worry about her." Espeon looked to Lightning and waved a hand.
"Okay..." Lightning said slowly. "So what is all this? What are Clickbait Eevees?"
"That's an easy one! It's what we are!" Sylveon spoke with vigor. "And between us we're the bestest ones!"
"But I'm the best, make sure to keep track of that!" Espeon said.
"She likes to say that all the time. Don't question it or you'll never hear the end of it." Sylveon rolled her eyes.
"I only speak facts." Espeon retorted. "Like how I'm the best Clickbait Eevee! You can't even do yoga without falling down!"
"Well you can't rock a bow! You'd look bad in it!" Sylveon said sternly before stopping herself. "Ah, who am I kidding, everyone looks good in a bow!"
"That...that didn't really answer my question." Lightning blinked a few times and let out an awkward chuckle. "What do you girls do? Are you like a performing group or something?"
"We're an internet sensation!" Sylveon tossed her arms out proudly. "Thousands of clicks and counting!"
"What she said, I don't want to say we're the best ones out there but then I'd be lying!"
"Is that like a website or something? I have time to kill, might check it out while I wait for my flight."
"We are a website!" Espeon nodded. "But if you have nothing to do then you should go talk to Eevee!"
"Oh my gosh he totally should. He'd make such a cute Clickbait Eevee!" Sylveon looked to Espeon for approval.
"We are just on the same wavelength!" Espeon agreed instantly. "You gotta talk to Eevee, she'd love to meet you I'm sure!"
"But I...I'm not an Eevee, I'm a pony." Lightning said back. "Wouldn't that be some sort of issue?"
"Don't worry about that, Eevee doesn't care!" Sylveon said back.
"She told us to send everyone over to her!" Espeon said proudly.
"I guess it wouldn't hurt to visit. I have a lot of hours until my flight is ready anyways." Lightning shrugged. "So where is Eevee?"
"That is a good question!" Espeon said, not adding anything more.
"Uh...we're you going to answer?" Lightning asked with a friendly laugh.
"We would but like...we don't remember where she is." Sylveon chimed in. "She might be at United?"
"No, not United! She's definitely at American Airlines!" Espeon said back.
"I know she's not there for sure! Maybe Spirit?"
"Ooh, you should try Spirit!" Espeon snapped her fingers. "I hear they have a great cheese plate!"
"No, don't listen to her. She's wrong." Sylveon shook her head. "But do check it out! Something about Spirit rings a bell!"
"I'll go to that terminal and look for an Eevee then, thanks!" Lightning smiled and nodded.
"Don't tell her we forgot what terminal it was!" Espeon called out as she waved the pony off.
"And make sure to avoid the cheese plate!"

Lightning wandered around the airport terminals, trying to find an Eevee among the large crowds. As Espeon and Sylveon suggested, he was eyeing for Spirit, but in case they were wrong he made sure to make a brief glimpse at the other ones too. As Lightning walked around the Spirit area, he would cross eyes with an Eevee woman in a blouse and skirt holding a clipboard. If he had to guess, that was Eevee that Espeon and Sylveon had told him about.
"Excuse me, are you by chance Eevee?" Lightning asked as he walked over to her.
"That I am." she turned and looked Lightning up and down. "And to who do I owe the pleasure?"
"My name is Lightning, nice to meet you!" he smiled, holding out a hand.
"So, you want to join the Clickbait Eevees then? Assuming Espeon and Sylveon were the ones that sent you my way." she accepted the handshake.
"They did! Well, sorta. It was weird." Lightning chuckled and rubbing the back of his neck.
"They just guessed where I was, didn't they?" Eevee rose an eyebrow.
"You said it, not me buuuut, yeah."
"That's typical of them." Eevee simply sighed. "They do that kind of thing all the time. Don't worry about it. There's a reason I let them be the ones to advertise. People who can decipher what they say are worthwhile members to the team!"
"So, what exactly does that mean? I'm a little confused as to what this all is still." Lightning tilted his head.
"That's an easy answer. You see, the Clickbait Eevees have a very popular web presence, and as such we came into a lot of contracts to advertise for various companies of all sizes. But, we have more contracts than we have Eevees, and so we need to do some recruiting so that we can keep up with the contracts. And that's where you come in." she smirked, putting a hand on her hip.
"Oh! So you want me to join you? Isn't there some kind of application or something?" Lightning questioned.
"There is in a way, come with me. I want to take you into the plane and see you in action, and if it works out you'll be a member of the team representing Spirit!"
"I have time to kill so you know what? Let's do it!" Lightning chuckled. "Didn't expect to be testing for a job today but I guess today it just full of surprises."
"Great, now if you will follow me." Eevee nodded, smirk never leading as she went through the terminal, leading Lightning into a docked plane. The inside was a mess, the passengers having recently got off the last flight. "So, pick this up as best as you can! And then we'll review your future with the Clickbait Eevees from there!"
Lightning cracked his shoulders and rolled his neck, getting right to work. The mess didn't seem to be too bad, and he found himself finishing within minutes. Once done, he returned to Eevee for approval. She walked the aisles up and down, making notes.
"Well! This is not great!" Eevee said to him.
"What? What did I do wrong?" Lightning questioned, taking a seat.
"None of the trash under the seats have been picked up! Only in the aisles and walkways."
"Oh, sorry. I can get it next time!" Lightning said back.
"Right, so! Since you're not so good at cleaning up your airliner, we need to give you a special ordered uniform. She's a lot more naturally talented at this thing than you are."
Lightning was confused, and especially moreso when sleeves start to grab onto his hands, going up his arms Not only that, his green shirt would start to ride upward, revealing his stomach to the air as it turned black, the buttons vanishing in the process. Wrapping around Lightning's body, a soft yellow fabric found it's way there. The top of Lightning's head would be covered with a large helmet, covering up the entirety of his head, yellow in color.
"Hi, I'm Jolteon! We're gonna have a lot of fun together don't you worry about a thing!" the mouth of the head spoke, much to Lightning surprise.
"I'm just gonna have to take control for a while, don't worry! We'll still do everything you wanna do off shift!" Jolteon spoke, as the bottom half of the costume walked over, slipping on over Lightning's legs and hooves, all the way up to his waist as he was fully in the costume. It was primarily yellow, with the feet being black.
While that occurred, Lightning's pants would transform just like his shirt had. The pant legs would connect and merge together, riding upward while tightening around his hips. They went outward into a skirt, matching the top.
"You know, it probably feels really loose in there! Here, let me take the steering wheel so I can make sure you're nice and comfy!" Jolteon said as the zipper on the front of the costume shot all the way up, encasing Lightning fully underneath.
Lightning was very confused by everything, and moreso when his body started to transform to match the costume. His muzzle would become longer and wider, growing into the muzzle as his fur began to mesh with the costume itself, the fur on the costume becoming Lightning's actual fur. His eyes would shift into a more green hue, though his glasses would remain, forming from inside the head to the outside. Lightning's hair would remain, growing a bit longer as it became fuller as well. His ears would grow into the large triangular shapes on the outside as the two merged, the length being slightly shorter but the width being much larger.
"Hope your doing okay in there so far! Because things are about to get weird!" Jolteon said with a giggle.
Lightning's shoulders would lose their bulk, smoothing out to a narrow size. The costume tightened around his arms, shrinking them underneath as their mass was rapidly removed, leaving them as slender and his hands much smaller overall. Similar changes would occur at Lightning's legs, with the hooves splitting up and forming into three separate digits. Their roundness and hardness would be lost as the hooves shifted into paws. Lightning's legs themselves would have their mass be redistributed into various positions, with some parts become more defined and larger while others did the opposite. This would cultivate into shapely toned legs, of which were shorter than he was originally shrinking him in size.
At Lightning's torso, his figure continued to contort to fit into the costume's own and merge with it to become one. Like his legs, Lightning's figure would have mass redistributed all over the place. His sides pushed inward, costume tightening around his waist while his back did very much the same. His hips would do the opposite, growing out into the bottom of the costume as they expanded into childbearing sizes. His rear would grow out was well, and mixed with the incline of his back it was much more pert and pronounced.
Lightning's wings were confined to the costume itself, much to his discomfort. Luckily, this would be rectified as they shrank rapidly in size, receding into his spine itself as it smoothed out, Lightning's wings gone entirely. The same would occur to Lightning's tail, which rapidly shrank, however not all the way. It became thicker, forming into a spike-like appearance.
"Okay, now it's REALLY going to feel weird! Lucky for you I have a modest bust so it won't feel too weird!" Jolteon commented.
"What does that mean?" Lightning questioned nervously.
However, his own question would be answered as he felt his chest start to form a budding sensation. Lightning's chest expanded outward, flesh softening as it did so and becoming more sensitive as a pair of breasts filled out his top. With a bust in place, between Lightning's legs his manhood slipped up into his body, leaving only a flat opening in its wake. With that, Lightning's body had been concealed into the costume entirely, transforming underneath and merging with it leaving Lightning as a Jolteon girl.
"There we go, and we have just one piece of the puzzle." Eevee smiled, walking over to Lightning, putting a hand on the top and bottom part of the zipper, taking it off entirely. "And that'll be your uniform for as long as this contract lasts!"
"Wh-what? H-how?" Lightning questioned.
"Don't you worry a thing about it!" Jolteon reassured. "You just take it easy and let Jolteon do the work!"
"Welcome to Spirit Airlines you two." Eevee put the zipper in her purse and crossed her arms as she examined them proudly. "You two are going to be loved!"
"Yep yep! And together we are gonna make sure even economy class know they're valuable customers!" Jolteon said proudly. "Now then, we have cheese plates to prepare!"
"I'll leave the two of you to that to get to know each other." Eevee smiled. "Do the Clickbait Eevees proud!" Eevee waved them off as she left, leaving the two to their own devices.
"Okay, so now it's time to make some cheese plates! We have to vacuum seal them after we put it all in to make sure it doesn't go bad! I'll show you how!" Lightning suddenly felt his body move as Jolteon took over, leading them to the back where they could prepare it.
"So first we get the cheese and put it in, then we gotta get the dried fruit! We usually use apple and raisins. Then we top it all off with a few crackers! And that's our cheese plate!! So nice and easy right! And tasty~!"
"But...there's barely enough crackers for the cheese..." Lightning commented, the whole situation so absurd that he figured the sooner he accepted this was his reality the better.
"Maybe, but people don't buy cheese plates for crackers, they want cheese!"
"There isn't even anything to cut the cheese up to make it work!"
"It lets customers be creative with how they want to eat it! They love it, creative is fun!" Jolteon answered. "Now come on, we have a lot of cheese plates and fuzz balls to make!"
"These are just fancy lunchables..." Lightning trailed off, simply watching as Jolteon worked to create everything. At least he had something to do now, but it was looking like he wouldn't be getting on his flight anytime soon!

"C'mon, stretch!" Espeon shouted down to Sylveon, both in their hotel room as the yoga lesson had begun.
"I am stretching! It's harder than it looks!" Sylveon complained. "And you're being so forceful!"
"You have to push it if you want to get your flexibility!" Espeon said, holding her legs up and pushing them forward towards her body.
"I didn't know it would hurt this much! I thought yoga was supposed to be fun!"
"It's not fun, it's a lifestyle! And not everyone can cut it! You can stop whenever you want!"
"Never! I'm not letting yoga win!" Sylveon said back with confidence.
"Annnd, done!" Espeon let go of Sylveon's legs which plummeted to the floor.
"Finally. I can't feel my legs..." she sighed.
"And Jolteon brought left us a gift before her flight took off! Who wants...cheese?"
"She really needs to stop trying to pawn us off cheese plates! Those aren't cheese plates, they're a package of lies!"
