In an alternate reality, far from the modern metropolis of Accolade Bay, Blackberry still exists, but she lives a very different life.
Blackberry is a traveling bard in my Imperfect Divinity setting, a world of gods and magic, adventure and danger. She wanders the land of Eothera seeking out epic tales, heroic adventure, and exotic lovers. She still has her trusty Pooka abilities plus a suite of bardic magic. She uses both dancing and music to work her magic, and she plays an enchanted lyre that can shrink down and take the form of a golden hairpin.
Blackberry pays for her travels by performing concerts at inns along the way, usually dressed in a cleavage-baring top and a daringly short skirt. But when she"s in hostile territory, she wears a high mobility outfit of naga-hide shorts and a dragon-scale tunic. Thanks to the magical materials, she"s far more protected than all that bare skin would suggest. The bells on her hips help with her bardic magic, and they can be silenced when she needs to be sneaky.
In her journies, Blackberry has crossed paths with numerous heroes and she has preserved many of their stories in song. She has also encountered actual gods walking Eothera in disguise, but very few among Blackberry"s tavern audience would believe such tales.
(look forward to two new goddess characters, coming soon! One of my existing characters is also a god in Imperfect Divinity: Jupiter)
I made this using DucciDraws"s Mini Ref base (no longer public).
The left outfit is based on the one in this adorable art by ewgengster.
I feel like I"m getting much better at drawing both hair and clothes, and Blackberry finally has a back view! Lookit those wittle paws!
