There's something so uncanny about a stable orbit in the outer atmosphere. It's quiet, peaceful in a way. But everything is actually free-falling at terrible velocity. In just the time it took that sentence to be spoken over the radio both objects plummeted several miles, in unison, in dead silence. And god forbid the silence be broken by anything *not* falling in unison with them.
