I have a kappa girl I adopted a while ago that I've only drawn like, once. lol I definitely need to draw her more

Kappas get a bad rap -- they're actually upright citizens (they have to stay upright or they'll spill that little pool of water on top of their heads).

My girlfriend was born on Okinawa (her Mom was a Navy doc) and she is into everything Japanesque -- even speaks the language fluently. Once when we were out, she said she needed to stop at the conbini -- and I missed it -- as she pulled into the 7-Eleven. Now I know what she meant!

Oh yes it's basically derived from the English phrase 'convenience store'.
