Yes it would. Kratos didn't kill Aphrodite in God of War 3. She was the lucky one.

It always seemed to me that version of Aphrodite cared more about getting railed than taking Kratos down. Tis a shame this Aphrodite isn't as laid back as she was. Still that doesn't diminish her loveliness. In my opinion.
