A stone Tyrannosaurus I have adopted.

Boulder, almost like his name implies, is very hard and he is often not immediately trusting of others. He does indeed have stone skin, and because of this, he is extremely durable. His insides are soft and fleshy like any normal Tyrannosaur. The only unique thing about them is, despite their softness, they are extremely tough and virtually impenetrable, much like his skin. No knife or even a chainsaw can cut through them. But his stone skin allows him to take baths in lava, which he does like. he can also absorb some lava so he glows orange and his skin burns hot. His saliva has an agent in it which will cool down and heal any burns he may give to his prey when his skin is hot.

His opinion of humans is rather neutral. He pays explorers no mind and pretends like he doesn't know they are there. Hunters he doesn't bother, unless they are trying to attack him with rockets and explosives. He will either throw them in the lava pits, or digest them alive. When he finds children or they find him, he will offer to protect them. He knows how vulnerable human kids are and will keep them safe until he finds their parents or someone to adopt them.

The only child he kept was a 15-year-old girl who didn't want to go back to her home due to her abusive parents, and nobody else in her family wanted to take her. His softer, more caring side took over and he offered to take care of her, and she accepted. The two of them are very good friends and she almost never leaves his side. He often likes to put her inside his stomach, which she doesn't mind in the slightest.
