When life smothers you with stress and the pressure threatens your sanity, then there is nothing better than to take distance from the civilisation and slip out into the wild with a friend you care about to share a moment of respite. It has always irked me to see people get trapped in a detrimental cycle of work, education and miscellaneous responsibilities, and even though my voice is seldom heard or heeded, I strive to remind people that it is just as important to disconnect once in a while and enjoy the more simple things in life. Work and education is important, make no mistake, but everything leads to misery when it gets excessive. The body and mind needs peace in order to overcome trials and adversities, and thus I state, one must strive to establish a state of equilibrium between rest and labor.

This was a magnificent gift I was given by a sweet friend who I've met relatively recently. Ever since I met him, it feels like we've spoken together as if we have known each other for a decade. Our personalities mesh so wonderfully well. It's such a pleasant experience when things work out that way. People who are familiar with my fursona might also notice that this is one of the very rare moments that I wear ordinary clothes in contrast to my usual loinclothes. Even this wolf must adjust to the modern cultures when he ventures outside the Forest of Niévahna.
