Nyan'uary Day 14!
A new post every day of January of your favorite cat girl and mine, Nai! <3
---
You do all know that half of what stops me from posting is this blurb box right?
I mean i could talk about the piece - i was reading some shojo manga, probably SkipBeat and i liked one of the bikinis kyoko was wearing and wanted to see Nai in it.
I could talk about my feelings right now- Tired. I lost some data in a commission i was working on and feel exhausted imagining trying to do it all again.
I could talk about what im up to- Got a manicure for the first time in my life! Did a spa treatment and French tips on my fingers, GUNMETAL GERY on my toes. Pew pew!
I could talk about my artistic hidden self.... but you know.. .its hiding..
Or i could just ask questions i want to know like.... > x > Yall just on here for the porn or do we actually like these silly little manga doodles i draw?
I dont know. i get stumped when i see blank....
Makes me feel all... seen...

Really have been enjoying your artwork, this latest piece is certainly no different. I adore that anime style, takes me back to when I was a kid and seeing all the different animes that would appear on toonami... good times then
If I'm being honest: I'm here for the drawings of sexy cartoon characters with high sex appeal.
As well as the indulgence of my secret fetish for hand holding. >//w//> *nervous sweats*
But man sounds like you had a fun day. I'll bet you got big ass gatling canons ready to pop out from those nicely manicured nails?
There's only ONE way too really catch a hidden Artistic self, and THAT's with bait.
*puts out an un-opened copy of a shojo manga under a box trap with a stick*
*hides in the bushes* and now we wait >:3
This is seriously a gorgeous beach shot with Nai in her bikini <3. Love the hip and form work you have here.

I like the silly little Manga doodles. I mean, lookit my page: Obviously, I can provide my own porn.
What I do with that blurb box is talk about what inspired the piece, maybe stuff that went on that directly affected the work, such as the data loss you mention--I've definitely talked about stuff like that (i.e. knocking over a cup of ink-wash on the pencils of an artist-alley commission at FWA, and how I rescued it with a jury-rigged lightbox). As long as drawing the piece isn't a complete autopilot no-brainer, there will be something to talk about.
Then I follow it up with talking about any art tactics I learned in the process of doing the piece (mostly relevant to digital work), and finish it off with the approximate amount of time that went into the piece (Krita, for example keeps a running timer anytime you're actively working on a piece so you can measure the session time during the WIP phase, and saves it along with the file. I don't know if any other digital-art app other than ACD (Deneba) Canvas does this, haven't found one in Clip Studio yet, and I don't have Photoshop or SAI.
Over time this tactic, especially the technical aspects, can provide insight into seldom-used effects and shortcuts that fall out of memory from disuse. I've used them to resurrect techniques I did on past projects that I didn't quite recall how to do. I write all of the above in a Notepad document (and save it along with the project) between completion and posting so it is a simple copy-paste operation while uploading the piece.
As for what you really want to know... :D
I look at both. Art floods. however make my eyes glaze over. I don't know how anyone with a large watchlist manages to pay much attention to any one piece in their Inbox if they make any effort to keep it to a managable size. And I do read descriptions :)

Nothing wrong with a little porn, or nice nudity. (Especially with some lesbian barbarians 😇😇😇)
Variety is the spice of life.
I know you have no problem getting watchers. Just imagine if there was an exposed titty, the number of watchers might surge.

It's impressive how much your pics stand out amongst all the others icons in my submission list!!!
The blank page intimidates all creative types, I think. It just sits there, staring back at us, waiting to be filled. And a small part of us can't help but wonder...
"Am I good enough to fill it?"
I think overcoming the fear behind that question is the first step in creating. Deciding to ignore the question and create anyway, no matter what, and let the judging happen later. After all, if we don't make mistakes on the page, how will we learn? If you don't know how many wrong ways there are to do something, will you ever find the right way?
I hope God blesses you on your creative journey. You've definitely grown as an artist over the years, and I look forward to seeing what you make next.
