Kappa the mayor of Cucumber City is into chubby folks and after getting a magical wishing ring, she decides to fulfill her desires on her secretary Isabelle.

A commission for https://www.deviantart.com/blahblah1209 and my first ever Animal Crossing story! Full disclosure, I've never actually played much of the series but I do love the character designs (especially a certain hard working secretary) so this was fun to write. ^^

"I brought you lunch, Mayor Kappa!" The bubbly voice belonging to the golden-furred Shih-Tzu called out from above the hole. The person in question, a blue-haired girl wearing a miner's outfit and helmet, wiped sweat off her brow and turned her head up toward the top to see the smiling face of her secretary peering down at her.

"Thanks, Isabelle!" Kappa called up to the canine, "I'll be up in a minute to look at them, just have to finish up this node!" The human took a deep breath before hefting a heavy pickaxe above her head and bringing it down to break off the remaining section of rock that had some gems and minerals inside. She sifted through the debris and dropped the valuables into a bucket nearby.

"Wait...what is that?" She took a second glance at the small pile of rubble, seeing something shining inside of it. She knelt down and brushed it away, eventually uncovering a golden ring decorated with some strange writing across the band and dotted with a yellow jewel of some kind. What Kappa found the most unusual about the piece of jewelry, though, was its condition. It was totally immaculate without one solitary scratch on it, "Wow, what a find! I can't wait to show Isabelle this." Kappa stored it in the front pocket of her shirt and ascended the ladder.

"How'd it go, Miss Kappa?" Her loyal assistant asked, smiling. As it was almost summertime, the dog was dressed in her lighter outfit of a green vest over a white t-shirt with a blue skirt. She hopped over to the dirt and mud covered Mayor.

"Excellent! I mined some gems and minerals that should help the town raise some more coin for the new community center," she said, taking a cloth and wiping some dust off her face, "And I found this while I was down there too." Kappa took the ring out and held it out as Isabelle took it into her paws.

"Oh wow! It's so pretty!" She squeaked, "In fact, it’s in good condition for having been underground."

"I was thinking the same thing." Kappa laughed as she took her helmet off and undid the tie around her hair, letting her blue mane fall down past her shoulders, "I'm gonna take It to get appraised later today. For now, though, let's have some grub." She smiled, taking the ring back from Isabelle as she watched the dog skip over to a basket and open it up.

"I brought your usual tuna salad sandwich and some chips." Isabelle said, rooting through it, "Prepared it myself and everything!" She added.

"Sounds delish." Kappa walked over to a nearby water spout, washing her hands with it, "What are you having?"

"Just a small salad. I'm getting ready for beach season so I've been trying to keep my girlish figure." Isabelle responded with a slight giggle. Unknown to her, a light sigh slipped out from Kappa's lips. A secret the mayor of Cucumber City hadn't told anyone else was that she had a thing for folks on the bigger side, sometimes spending time staring at the residents and imagining them swelling up into round, cuddly animals. Naturally, given their proximity, the gal thought that about the petite pup frequently...made all the easier by the fact that she suspected Isabelle had a slight crush on her (one which Kappa had considered acting on, but hadn't yet due to their professional but friendly relationship.)

"I think you look fine the way you are now, Isabelle." The official turned around, watching her as Isabelle was still bent over to pull food items out.

“Even if I wish you had some more weight on you.” She said under her breath. Almost instantly after her quiet statement, the jewel on the ring seemed to glow. Kappa glanced down at the ring as the light faded, tilting her head to the side before she shook her head and went back to staring at Isabelle and daydreaming. The Shih-Tzu's rear end puffed up, each cheek growing chubbier and becoming easier to see under her skirt. Kappa smiled as her thighs thickened, pushing together and squishing up while her hips bloomed out.

"Ah! Here they are!" Isabelle stood up and turned around, revealing her belly had begun to slope and swell against her vest and shirt. Kappa could even see her face had plumped up too. However, as Isabelle got closer, she noticed that her fantasy was actually not as such. The secretary actually HAD gained weight, her rear end and hips bouncing and bobbing with each skip as they had slightly exposed themselves from underneath her skirt. Once she set the food down, she looked up at Kappa and her confused state, "What is it, Mayor?" Isabelle tilted her head.

"You, uh, just got fat." She blurted out. The response was met by Isabelle smiling and then laughing afterward.

"Oh, Mayor Kappa, you just now noticed?" She chuckled, "I've been fluffy like this for a while now."

"Wait, what?" Kappa blinked in confusion.

"Yeah! Even before you moved here." Isabelle took out her food, which had now turned from a salad into some very hefty and filling pasta slathered with cheese. It was then that things came together for the fat loving mayor.

"The ring must grant wishes and then change the world around to make it so!" She thought. Just after that, another popped into her head and a scheming grin once again crossed her mouth.

"Yeah. You're right, Isabelle. I did remember that." Kappa said, "You have been chubby for a while. In fact, I think you should keep getting bigger."

"Hmm?" Isabelle looked up from her meal with a mouthful of pasta and a thoroughly befuddled expression.

"You know what? You should be the biggest." Kappa held the ring up again, "I wish you were the heaviest person in Cucumber City." She said with pride. The ring's shine lit up the area around them once more and her cheeks flushed red as the results of her request began. Isabelle started scarfing down the pasta, inhaling it like a vacuum cleaner as the calories instantly began to pile onto her body. Her belly peeked out from underneath her top, rising up into a furry ball it started to strain the buttons, flabby fur poking between them. Further down, her butt swelled out and exposed itself as the rounding cheeks started to stretch her underwear into a thong while her hips showed themselves from under her shrinking skirt.

"Mmmm!" Isabelle exclaimed as she kept eating. Her short arms and legs became even more stubby as they grew wider and thicker. Kappa’s eyes widened bright as she also saw the dog gal’s once flat chest fill with fat, further pulling on the fabric. To top it all off, her once chubby cheeks grew into thick jowls as her neck became engulfed and turned into a double chin.

"This is the best…" Kappa mused as Isabelle finished up the pasta. However, it was then that the official started to realize something was off even as her assistant officially hit shortstack status and definitely the chubbiest resident of the town.

She was STILL growing.

Kappa even blinked a couple times to make sure, but it was true. In fact, she was positive it was accelerating. One by one, the buttons on her vest popped off and released her yellow and white plump paunch that was now free to grow in whatever direction it wanted, rolls of canine corpulence bulging off it the fatter she got.

"That was great!" She giggled, setting the fork and container down while looking at Kappa with a smile as her expansion got faster and faster. Her thunder thighs and bulging bottom made short work of the skirt as rips began to form in it, pup pudge emerging from the holes. The beaming expression seemed to be even more accentuated as her face became rounder as a third chin formed while her belly started to droop downward past her (slowly disappearing) knees, “Oooof...wow, I gotta’ be more careful. I’m getting tired already.” She said as her bulk seemed to be weighing her down.

“Oh no...I just wanted her to be tubby, not a blob!” Kappa thought as she watched her secretary blow up further. She quickly started thinking of ways to try and help before she held the ring up again.

“I wish Isabelle was the tallest villager!” She shouted quickly, abandoning all pretense of subtlety as the ring glowed and began to work its magic once again. This time, while the dog continued to fatten, she also shot upward, matching Kappa’s height before she started to loom over the Mayor. Her legs stretched out and grew slightly less compact as they widened out even further, the same thing happening to her midsection with her torso lengthening and making the fat on her look slightly more even as she grew even taller, now easily twice Kappa’s size.

“Wow wow, I love seeing the horizon this time in the afternoon. Don’t you, Mayor?” She giggled as she peered down at the slowly shrinking (from her perspective) girl who could only watch on as her secretary rose up further, now appearing more like she was just being zoomed in on with a magnifying glass as opposed to having her body lengthen and grow to adjust itself.

“Y-yeah.” Kappa nodded, looking up at Isabelle, who was now the size of a tree and showed no signs of stopping. Sounds came from below her pudgy paws as her flab and sheer mass worked in conjunction to cause cracks under feet as she quickly became bigger than the Town Hall. The head of Cucumber City actually stepped back to better see the fruits of her desires, able to get a clear view as the plump, ponderous pup started to cast a massive shadow across the town as her mass took up more and more space. Isabelle was like a huge, yellow parade blimp bloating and ascending higher and higher. Very soon, her growth ceased as the easily eighty foot tall secretary who was watching all across at her surroundings, still smiling and wagging her tail just behind her impressively round butt. Before either her or Kappa could say anything else, a deep rumbling echoed throughout the town and the Mayor knew exactly what it was coming from as she turned around and rushed away from the gigantic girl, going back into town to warn the residents.

Like someone opening a tube of compressed dough, Isabelle’s fat exploded outward. Thousands of pounds pumped themselves onto her already fat frame as rolls and layers of flab popped on, dividing into shelves of soft, rolling fur. As she bloated and expanded, she huffed and let out a breath as she lost her balance and crashed back onto the ground. While her hill-sized humps did a lot to cushion her, the area around her wasn’t so lucky as a small tremor went throughout the town, this time causing several villagers to come out of their homes only to step aside and flee a wave of chub coming their way as it started to move through and cover the town, surprisingly damaging only a few spots just because of how soft she was. Eventually, most of the town’s streets were taken up by canine corpulence as the giant, blobby Isabelle sat happily as Kappa climbed up to her, a deep blush on her on her face. The mayor had no idea how the pup’s top or her skirt were still on her despite being stretched so tight they looked painted on but she wasn’t complaining as the view was certainly nice.

“Hi, Mayor!” Isabelle huffed, her rounded out head barely able to move. Kappa smiled back and waved at the newly fattened (at least to her) pup.

“H-hello.” Kappa blushed deeply up at Isabelle and then examined the ring in her hands.


“Well...I guess I COULD change things back.” She thought before slipping the ring into her pocket and laying down on Isabelle, spreading her limbs out to sink into the soft, voluminous fur,“Eventually.”
