And here we are in 2020, a year i had a lot of dreams for. I'm sure we all do.
There has been hurting and healing in the last decade, but today that decade is behind us.
So we ask our selves 'what is in this future we dream of?' but no dream is big enough, is it.
That's fine. Were in the year of the Rat, the year of small beginnings.
So instead of bombastic dreams, im ready to plant little seeds, and to nurture them.
I think my heart is finally humble enough for the little dreams,
small comforts
little responsibilities
fleeting connections
affirmations that now is good too
and acts of gratitude for everyday things
2020 will be a good year, because i now know how to take the pain and the pleasure from moment to moment.
I think ive finally gotten the hang of how to honor my feelings. The good and the bad. The beautiful and the... not so beautiful = w =
I extend the blessings I've found on my journey, on trying to relate and honor the whole tapestry and each thread that its comprised of.
I extend the blessings of all the lessons we learned in the last decade.
I love you all and cant wait to share that love through the next decade.

The last decade was intense for so many people. The highs took us soaring, the lows literally buried some of us. *hugs*
But for myself and a fair few other people, i do think we've stopped dreaming of flying cars and started dreaming of more human ideals. Which, tbh, I'm kinda glad of. ❤
