Request for anonymous, who wanted a Blaziken and Lucario trapped underwater by an invisible forcefield on the surface.

...over 4 months! Not to mention over 5 months since I got this request! Uh... oops?

Yeah, I'm seriously sorry for this taking so long. Perfectionism and lack of motivation are one hell of a combination. I don't want to promise that I'll start making stuff regularly again, but I will at least try to get through my backlog of requests. I've left y'all hanging long enough. (And no, I'm not reopening requests yet, so don't ask.)

The "invisible forcefield" idea was interesting. I decided to go with a visual effect like this, so it was clear that something was holding them back, otherwise it would probably be a bit confusing. I ended up having to create a custom material to use here, but I think it was worth it.

Also, I tried out some new stuff. In particular, the little blushes are something I haven't done before, but something I really like in general, so I decided to give it a shot. Not sure I'm 100% satisfied yet with how they turned out, but as they say, practice makes perfect.

By the way I didn't realize how small Lucario was until I started making this. He's legit only 3'11'' (1.2 m), according to the Pokédex, as opposed to Blaziken, who's 6'03'' (1.9 m). I'm kinda realizing now that the perspective isn't great on this picture and doesn't show it that well, but it's a thing.
