I made this merchandise in the likeness of a cat (as I imagined she looked like as a kitten) that we tried to save earlier this year. She was a real sweetheart, loved laps, chatting with people, and snuggling. She had previously survived being hit by a car and having a front leg removed (many years before), later having an eye removed that was injured beyond repair, and she was actually completely blind in both eyes.... yet somehow without fail, she knew how to detect LAPS! Unfortunately the disease on her face (possibly necrotizing fasciitis), a bacterial infection in her eye socket, and her old age ended up being too much for her little body. RCR and Milo's Sanctuary gave her their all to try and save her. We can at least be comforted by the fact that we pampered the hell out of her and gave her the best life we could for her last couple months of life.
