I like the aesthetics, and I like how you did the engines. Also digging the colors :)
Unusually spiky, with those horn-like protrusions. As always, the tech part of me is wondering as to their function. First thought was heat sinks, but not enough radiative surface really. Then came the thought of some form of field manipulator / stabilizer for the FTL drive, which IS a possibility. As usual, also, I'm curious as to size / dimensions, estimated mass, role of the craft, etc. But then, you know me by now: I tend to over-analyze designs.
The craft is used by the Roekshari when they are old enough to partake in the great journey. The ship is large enough for two occupants but typically only has one operator as the Roekshari are mostly solitary travelers. The ship contains a fairly large cargo hold that houses supplies for the pilot such as food and components to manufacture tool, clothing, and weapons, with in the ship is a modest living area that provides enough space for training, entertainment, cooking, and general space to relax. Naturally the ship has a engineering maintenance space and life support systems. The cockpit houses most of the controls for weapons, defense, navigation, etc. The engines are capable of traveling across the universe extremely fast, however the engines must periodically recharge for jumps.
Currently I don't have the size dimensions or mass, however I can say the ship is larger then a fighter and the Roekshari are 9 foot tall so you can imagine the head room. The ship weights considerably less then normal materials on top of the weight reduction the anti-grav systems provide. Unlike most ships in the Edgerunner universe, the Roekshari use unique protective energy shield to reinforce the hull.
Hope that gives you a little better info.

To some degree, aye. The supplies mentioned I'd nominally consider typical for any starfaring vessel. Considering the intended use, I'd presume it caries at the least a high-end expert system or a limited AI, possibly more than one, plus drone repair units to make up for the lack of maintenance and crew-station personnel. At 2.75 meters in height, you'd likely be wanting a deck height of around 4 meters. For hhuman-scale individuals I usually budget for 3m deck heights, plus interdeck maintenance / access space of around 1m - 1.5m.
Considering its' intent as a long-range craft, even with a high FTL displacement, you'd most likely assume something on the 65 - 80 meter range, length-wise, thus accounting for cargo space, any fabricators, and tankage for printer/forge feedstock and potable water. For minimum shipped mass you'd likely go full carbon materials, ranging from multi-allotropic diamondoids "doped" with various materials to control the specific physical properties involved. Power source would have to be large and quite robust in order to deal with a gravitic/EM shield system, along with plenty of surface area in which to sink operational heat and the heat generated from the absorption of energy by the shields. Note: ACTUAL mass won't change even with a contragravitic system of some sort. Mass is constant. What WILL alter is how spacetime is curved by the ship. There's currently some interesting physics questions pertaining to the nature of inertia, but assuming you're operating the drives as Alcubierre drives, the vessel won't actually be "moving" in the conventional sense of the word.
You'd mentioned a jump system, which implies some form of long-range transposition of the vessel. I'm curious as to the methods.
Lastly, on the scale of personal quarters, at a 2.75 meter height, a space of 6m x 6m x 4m would be a) luxurious (on a starship, note!) and comfortably scaled to allow personal space.

The FTL engine is a quantum drive that manipulates the surrounding space, this type of drive does not have directional thrusts as they are not needed for this mode of travel, this type of engine is easily able to deal with heat as well so surface area of the ship is not an issue. The ship has AI systems, however true AI is outlawed in this universe due to a certain event. Except for food and some plants most stuff is kept in component form and fabricators or nano bots reconstruct it into "food" or what ever device or component is needed, similarly drones are used by most races in Edgerunners to do repairs especially on areas that are particularly dangerous. As far was water goes, its fairly easy to obtain while traveling, as water exist in many state through out the universe, typically all ships are equipped with systems that are able to transform it's state and remove any contaminates, however the ship still has large storage tanks with reserves, should source of water be difficulty to find. The ships metals or hull material is not easily comparable since it uses some unique materials and methods of fabrication.
Note: as this race is still in development for the game not all info is currently available.

Am Alcubierre drive uses gravity to manipulate the local spacetime metric. The heat is a case of waste heat generated by normal inefficiencies (Law of Thermodynamics means that, simply put, nothing is 100% efficient) Thus, you need to be rid of that waste heat, which needs to go somewhere (radiated into space is the usual, hence the surface area comment). Reasonable note on AGI/Strong AI. The feedstock comment is the raw materials you mention. As for the water states, you're correct about the availability and states, plus the filtration. There's a solid reason for large-scale water tanking, not the least of which is your aforementiooned availability, but also as shielding vs. radiation. Lastle, on the materials spectrum, all materials will have mass, and using pure carbon gives you a solid material with the lowest mass.
