For those not familiar with the US Mardi Gras event, it"s a festival held in New Orleans, Louisiana, that is famous for its garish parade floats and crazy partying.
Those with breasts "earn" bead necklaces by showing said breasts off during the parade, and it often becomes a playful competition to see who can get the most necklaces.
(I apologize in advance for the lower quality, as I had no access to a scanner at the time of arting.)
