The design seems to be taken from the game Warframe, it's the trademark style of the 'Orokin'. It's a free game, and it has a pretty good reputation
sweet costume, and epic sight, too. one can almost feel the mild winds blowing about. :)
I like how the staff matches the ears. And that is just one detail out of many to admire about this picture.
