During Halloween(I know it’s late lol)
Libragon turns into a goo like ghost dragon hybrid.
As you can see here he’s translucent and have what it looks like... suspending bones.
He may look like he has an appearance and body of his but he’s actually a formless being (just in this comic it isn’t cannon)now only looking like a dragon because of the bones he is possessing.

And Ofcourse he needs a newer more fleshier host to latch on to continue existing, Looking for a suitable strong bodied host from the skies he was fortunate enough to pass by Zale(in his berserk mode) strolling about in the forest alone and open for him to take over. After being sure of his next body he discarded what’s left of his bones and slapped on to Zales massive back.
