Hailey is a friendly corgi / bull terrier mix who makes her living as a cartographer (map maker)
She lives in a small house in the town of Pemby, though she is rarely at her house for long. Most of the time she is out on adventures to new places drawing everything she sees on her maps. Not much of a fighter, she keeps her distance from any monsters that tend to wonder around unexplored places, making note of them on her maps as a warning to anyone who would explore there later. For mapping places she knows are going to be difficult, like trap filled dungeons, she always hires a few brave corgi adventurers to protect her (and good company is always nice) ^^

Hailey's parents were travelling merchants, always on the road, only stopping now and again to sell or trade things. Young Hailey did what she could to help out but she always felt that she had a higher calling in life. She was not great at bartering like her father, she was quite shy. She didn't have the knack for making clothes like her mother, often wearing hand me downs. And she wasn't a hunter or great cook like her brother.
But she was a very talented artist with a good eye for details and fantastic memory. Allowing her to sketch people and places almost perfectly, even sometimes just from memory, long after they traveled far from the spot.
When she was old enough to leave her family, Hailey settled in the land of Corgwn and rented a room in a small house in the town of Pemby. The town was entirely inhabited by corgis. Hailey was worried at first that they would not except her since she was an outsider but the town's people were very excepting and Hailey quickly made many friends and customers for her maps.
After only a few years, she was able to move out of the rented room and buy her own house in the town. It was small but more then enough for her needs.

Although still a bit shy, Hailey loves to have fun and party it up with other adventurer corgis. She has become almost like a little sister to a lot of them. Often tagging along with them all over town. Once she gets to know you she really opens up and becomes a cheery and positive corgi to be around.
Some tease her for being a "little know it all" for her knowledge about her surroundings (she could act like a living GPS sometimes) but she never takes it too seriously.

Hailey is looking forward to meeting a ton more friends and living a ton more exciting quests! Look for her next time you go adventuring ^^


Side note: The flintlock gun she has is actually a fake! O3O
It will make a very loud POP but doesn't actually shoot anything. It was given to her as a means to scare away bandits.
