It's not often that you get to meet with civilized Gnolls in most of the familiar canons. This one was made for a post-medieval setting, the idea was for a port city as melting pot of culture and trade. With the advancement of civilization and borders growing further distinguished in this era, beast races and savage tribes were urged to adapt and stray from the old ways.
Here's Thrareg, a black Gnoll resembling a fighter and tinkerer for martial arms, sometimes fitted with a musket or otherwise with a crossbow for stealthy business. As his apparel might give away he hails as a wealthy member to a guild of local crafters and merchants.
