Just thought I'd post mah wolf head, from a piece I'm working on right now, 'What Lies Within'. I know, I know. . . needlessly dramatic title. Sorry. I occasionally like to give my art EPIC titles. It's. . . epic.
Anyway. . . I really like this face. I referenced a lot of real wolf anatomy for it, so it looks a bit less. . . wrong. . . than most of my wolf faces. But it's not from any one photo, so. . . if some of the proportions are still. . . meh. . . sorry. I don't like using *exact* photo reference. . . it feels less original.

Very cool. I really like how you had the hair around the neck extend like that. I always had trouble doing hair whether on a persons head or fur.
