Since I am 99.9999% sure that Lucio isn't getting a Halloween Terror skin this year, I decided to get a head start on a stewing idea. His werewolf form is based on the maned wolf which- although technically not a wolf- is a Brazilian native, so points for me! It is also relatively shy and docile around humans, which fits Lucio's friendly nature.
