YCH 1/2 for dragonmaster425 of their Milotic babe.
I ran into a little trouble on this one, when Sai decided to freeze and I had to force close it, and lost all my shading.
Luckily it still looked pretty fresh in my mind so I think it turned out really good anyway!
I experimented with colors and effects a little bit, my style will like start looking more like this from now on, not that there's any major differences.
Idk if this should have a filter since nothing is actually showing but feel free to let me know if it's a little too saucy.
