A stuffy-nosed, high-pitched, bix-nood, voice, is pretty lulzy.
OH YEAH. His name is Willy. Like, Will Smith. Or Wilhelm. He's a...sailor. Sort of. Not really. And he always has that facial expression. He doesn't even open his mouth to talk. Unless I draw him in a not deformed chibi style. But that doesn't happen too often.
