Super silly comic to tell a little curiosity, and to vary a bit of just adult imagery. Especulations about pilots cutting up their legs to avoid the effects of the G force is merely a popular forum theory from long ago based in old artworks. In the end, metal legs were just to give the characters the same legs and avoid design different types of legs according to the species =P

Yeah I always knew they weren't prosthetic legs. It was debunked a while back. Glad to see some people realize this. XD
Oh, I always thought they had metal prosthetic legs to do with the intense flight speed of their R-wings.
think that was debunked even by biology and need for normal legs for absolute control. NOW metallic compression armor on the legs to compress and keep it from flooding the feet and stuff.
