"Dude, with the ice sheets floating above lookin' like clouds, it absolutely felt we were like flying. Totally unreal!" ... told Elise her experiences to Raiyk on the boat.


Part two of the "series" "telling" Elise's and Raiyk's trip to Iceland, that included a diving tour in the icy waters. While the dive itself was didn't last long, it was a time of her life; a completely different world welcomed her, the water was incredibly clean, and the thin layer of ice above played around the light in way she had never seen; The photo taken by the tour guide managed to capture her wonderment perfectly.

By total accident I realised I had this pic at 99%, with only a few layer adjustments left undone, so I figured I should quickly finish and upload it to fill the gap till my next uploadddd. (soon)

The original idea for this image was suggested by  Nimtai a looooong while ago, when she showed me images of under-glacier diving. Absolutely liked the scenery and atmosphere, so I rolled with the idea. Unfortunately, the pic's been in 'development' hell ever since - like all the other scuba diving pics of Elise -, thanks to the constant changes in Elise's scuba gear and even basic looks, but I finally finished it!
