BlueMario1016 never ceases to impress me with his artwork, especially with surprises like this. But the idea makes sense: since the regular Leo the Tiger has 3 different versions of his uniform as his regular self, he should also have three different versions of his uniform when as his superhero self, the Marching Wonder. This is the third design.
Still present are the drum pin, double-crossing ziplines, golden star with the initials "MW" on it, the shako with harp, and the green cape. But now his pants have stars on each leg, and there are eagle's wings attached to the backside. This is because Leo, having been exposed to CNG (again), can now fly provided he has enough strength going, and he can also do a power aura spinning dash! The only thing that hasn't changed is his optimistic attitude of patriotism, represented by the salute.
This was taken at another photo shoot using the "color circus" theme, but with alterations done to the floor and background.
