This is Duulb. One of seven Beowolf brothers based on the animated series RWBY.

Out of all the Beowolf brothers, Duulb is referred to by his brothers as the 'elder' rather then 'older' brother. Possibly due to his grimm necromancy or perhaps something more.
Duulbs' personality is for the most part, calm, intelligent and curious. While grimm are creatures of destruction, Duulbs' version of this is dismantling and of course reassembly after he has finished studying the object. There is very little that can anger Duulb but if someone gets him mad, they may end up with their mind and sanity shattered into pieces. If hell is believed be a place for the wicked, turning its residents into broken husks of their former selves then Duulb is his own hell on Remnant.

The ability to prevent the evaporation of dead grimm through the utilization of 'essence' originated from Duulb who taught the technique to his brothers. Naturally when a grimm is dissected, usually through combat, all that is visible is bone and a red glow as if the inside of a grimm is nothing but red mass. Duulbs' true ability allows him to 'touch' the organs that reside within the 'mass' as well as combine and reanimate what he creates from them. Some creations look harmless while others put Salems' creations to shame in terms of horror. His weapons are not to be overlooked despite their appearance as ordinary hunstman and huntress weapons. A golden long-clawed gauntlet may secretly hold a desire for you to wither in agony from its poisons or a mace with a coiled chain handle may want to see how far it can send you flying and try to break its previous record. The boundless designs and personalities makes up Duulbs' arsenal and the only thing keeping their blood lust in check is their absolute desire to serve their creator without question.
