HAPPY EARLY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE.

It's time, once again, for the massively awesome Halloween Collaboration meme. It got really close, but MONSTERS won! Just like last year, IF YOU HAVE SEEN THIS, CONSIDER YOURSELF TAGGED (I know, not as cool as bitten).

You must now draw yourself as a monster suitable for Halloween! You can be a werewolf, a vampire, even a zombie. Just draw yourself or your character as some sort of critter you wouldn't want to run into on Halloween night! Be creative, BUT it would be best if you are able to tell straight away that you are a Halloween Monster (for instance, here, the orange and black instantly calls to mind the holiday, even if you don't know my character is a succubus). Feel free to be as scary as you want, but try to stay away from humorous monsters (like sparkle-vampires), as this is meant to be a SCARY collaboration! If you're having trouble getting a monster design that is creepy or halloweeny, look to things like monster movies and the Nightmare Before Christmas. Searching Halloween on DA certainly gives a lot of good results as well!

Just like last year, I will throw together everyone who participates and sends me the link of their monster into a massive drawing that will (God willing) be posted on Halloween!

So, to recap:
- Draw your character as a monster, ready to go out and haunt on Halloween!
- Be creative, but make sure your monster fits the Halloween mood.
- Please note me your monsters when you finish it so I can add them to the collection!
- Your monster must be posted by October 25th if you want to be a part of the Halloween image!
- Not required, but link back to me if possible so people can get the instructions.

Let's try to get more participants then last year! Who knows, maybe I'll throw out some kind of prizes or something, we will see as it gets closer to the holiday. Put on your SCARIEST face, and get ready to haunt the internet!

As for the actual drawing, it's mostly watercolors and marker, though there is gel pen and colored pencil as well. Ki-chan made a pretty good sexy and yet dangerous succubus, though I think I've done that head-tilt pose a hundred times now. Ziggy made it in as well, as a lustful little imp... well, we all have to have our helpers, right?
