Tier "CD" for PenelopeBun !

(( This client ordered a Tier D; but since I've removed the option because of my wrist pains -
I informed clients of this, of course. And they all agreed that whatever was best for my health was good!
This type of commission is a Tier C type with elevated painting detail and an over-layer of painting;
it is equal to or surpasses that of the money amount of the amount they paid in correlation
to that of my newer price sheet. Not all Tier Cs will have this amount of painting detail. ))
