Oh, the BBQ sauce we made was awesome, sweet, tangy, with a bit of a spicy kick. I would like to hit up Texas one day and sample some of the famous BBQ I've been hearing about.

Hmm.. You must've made the Thai version of BBQ which Texas BBQ is not.

Our BBQ is lean, rich, and very hickory smoked tasting.

If you smell hickory and see it stacked up in front of the BBQ place you know the BBQ will be good because of the lines of people waiting to get some.

Yours sounds really good though.. It almost sounds Tennessean to me instead of Thai.
