Someone got a little bit of a redesign!
Adelaide is a Flight Systems Engineer, and born-again Prestleytarian (Not a typo, and a topic that will be covered in depth at a later time) whom joined the rest of the gals as an expert in fixing the propulsion and power systems of the derelict ships they rennovate. She's a friend to all creatures, both flesh and metal, and probably one of the kindest, nicest people you'll ever meet. And a little on the quirky side. Nearly-fatal speeder crashes and the resultant emergency mind-transfer will have that effect on someone.

The time to yourself has really paid off. The design reflects all the extra time you've put into working on refining your craft. Good stuff man.

The religion I came up with was a bit different, though following on the golden rule morality, but due to 13,000 years of legend, politics, and knowledge drift, the Prestleytarians have had several iterations, each further confusing Jesus, Elvis, and mixing in a narrowly-averted robot war, along with countless other quirks. They are, however, one of the most virtuous, kind, and genuine religious organizations in existence in the setting, despite being considered as having a very odd belief system

The history will differ. The disturbing part is the art is not mine. I found that on the web. It is a real possibility that Elvis might get elevated to godhood by the by. Elvis as a divine being has occurred to a number of people. Some might not be as balanced as we.
My involvement came from the writing of a friend who tossed in a throw away line of a certain chanter being an Elvisite. It tickled my fancy and writing stuff like religions and societies is what I do. So I ran with it.

I am very impressed with this character's design, Strype! Lovely work.
Nice been working on getting a group started have the story and the characters just need to find a way to get everyone together at the same time
So if she lost the ability to keep her arm pieces together, you could say she's disarmed ;p
The pattern on her cloth thing really reminds me of the design language used for the game Hyper Light Drifter, and that ain't a bad thing!
Another extremely cool design! Interesting contrast between the shiny, sleek and smooth, slightly abstracted (thanks to the hover elements) upper body, and the more visually complex and "coarse" legs.
I would love to hear some more of the universe building you've done to support these characters.

This looks stunning, love seeing your own-universe related pieces. I still can't get over the amount of detail you can cram in on cybernetics, haha. Fantastic.

Forgot to say, I also really like the contrast between the more clunky, very "traditional" mechanical looking legs and the more elegant upper body.
She's an absolute beauty! Engineering on top of that!? Amazing!
Silly question, I'm sure, but I'm curious as to the range on her forearms? Assuming they have their own method of propulsion, and a technology similar to Bluetooth (or something more advanced) to communicate with her central processor/mind, she could perform tasks at quiet a distance. I would imagine that as she herself appears to be airborne, this would come in handy with emergency in-flight repairs.
Theoretically the range would be the same as her wireless connection to them, which would be dependent on environmental conditions. in space, she's have control for hundreds of meters, while she wouldnt be able to control them behind a giant metal wall, for instance. Let's go on the assumption that she can control them as long as they remain in line of sight, including reflections (if one assumes most surfaces as having a very high reflectivity) and ignoring a large number of foams, plastics, and flesh
I can imagine how a conversation between her and a time traveler/cryogenically preserved person from our time would go once she'd initiate it by saying "so you're from a generation close to our god and savior Elvis, how was he?"
