Throwing up begins with a stomach ache, people often throw up if they get stressed, sick or disguted.
And that is pretty much the way you clear your stomach out of things you don't want in you... So I'd say making his stomach ache is exactly what he wants xD

Someone commissioned me to continue the story. So, it is more up to them. Sorry if this is disappointing
