Here is Dr. Patricia Arnoe, aka Bureau of Superheroes operative Mystic Cat, in her new, more modest looking costume.
Mystic Cat has a very shady past. Once a very hard nosed flirty mean spirited B.O.S. bureaucrat, the once feared and disliked feline has made many positive changes in her life. The feline-raccoon hybrid now has a brand new attitude and a determination to atone for her vicious past.
This new costume represents that change in attitude for Dr. Arnoe.

Definitely an improvement. How do the heroines fight in high heels, anyway? Never understood that.
Ferric, of course, can't wear high heels at all... Either they wouldn't survive, or she'd punch through the floor with 'em.

Hanazawa suggested this color scheme and I think she made a great choice!
A good improvement from the old Zatanna-inspired, as it shows she's trying to work on her image.
Could Someone please explain how this is better or more modest than this https://www.furaffinity.net/view/19825444/. I mean this one may be one piece but it's skintight still, every curve is visible!!!! Just explain it. How some find a skintight suit to be modest over, the other kinds of outfits some heroines wear!
