So, I know I got a pic somewhat like this about five years ago, but really, when can you ever have too much macro and growth? And since Nieve is a fey (and I just love magic in general), I always enjoy playing around with how spells can indulge those lovely fetishes I (and many others!) so adore. The difference of course is that this time, instead of it happening by accident and surprise, Nieve is deliberately casting from the book to bring about his desired outcome.
As always, I adore magical effects, and I love when someone gets Nieve's braid exactly right. His librarian garb is also as wonderful as ever--as I believe I mentioned waaaaaaaay back when I got a Christmas Carol-themed pic from Cursedmarked with Nieve as the Ghost of Christmas Present, doesn't he look great in green? It really fits his nature powers. And that library is a wonderfully beautiful room. It's a shame what's about to happen, but then I'm sure Nieve can repair and restore it afterward...

The library is just the sort of setting he belongs in, especially these old fashioned libraries. The modern rubbish they try to pass off as libraries don't make the cut in my book. *stares at you in total adoration*

I wonder if there is a secret library within the main branch of the NYC Public Library for the Immortals. I mean, it would be very inconvenient to have to go to India every time one wanted to peruse such texts. There must be a few more libraries spread out across the globe, and New York would be an obvious place to have one. Maybe this is a hidden section for just the right sort of beings.
Sounds right to me! If the Sorcerer Supreme can have different branches of his sanctum in different cities of the world, including New York, why wouldn't a mystical library?

I just love the colors here, the sparklies, and Nieve looking so regal and handsome and rocking the shit out of his suit. Seriously, so freaking elegant, especially for a library job.
I know, I heart this pic sooooooo much! Absolutely the way I want Nieve to look whenever he dresses up. And well, if it were a big city or college library, it's far more likely to have elegantly-dressed staff.
