Though I hope I'm not being to this as a means to stop making my own Phantom DAD or a suit of this one or drawing this one. Ino strictly states in the rules for DAD's that you can make ones based on franchises/shows/characters, but overlap is to be expected.

"Designs that are inspired by or based on popular media and concepts (such as food or animals) are acceptable, however, it is highly likely that there may be duplicates in terms of character themes and design elements. This needs to be expected and tolerated. No one is granted exclusivity for any concept ideas or color schemes."

I feel like our designs are different enough that it really shouldn't be a problem. I think there can be 2 Danny Phantom themed angel dragons.
