Here is a long time Bureau of Superheroes Agent Dr. Patricia Arnoe (a.k.a. Mystic Cat) attired in the traditional "fuku" of Japan.
In Japan of the Colmaton Universe, all female superheroes MUST wear the fuku when in public. Although there is talk that this law will be changed soon, this is a picture of her from a past mission to the Japanese Islands.
She doesn"t look bad in that uniform, wouldn"t you agree?

I hope that law changes to fukus being optional at the least. Heroines shouldn't have to always wear these in Japan.
It hasn't really been challenged internally yet. That is about to change, IIRC from previews, and when it does...?
There are going to be a loud cheer from a lot of (most likely non-Japanese) female members, and a loud groan from at least one male member. (I'm looking at you Precepter.)
Still say it'd be hilarious if Loki's powers was used to change the law book to read ALL BOS members have to wear the fuku. That'd get the law changed quickly.
I know right? Guy, Girl? Doesn't matter. Want to be a hero here....Here's your fuku, now shut up and suit up. :P
Wait, ALL super heroines?? I thought it was just bureau operatives?? :O
Since all Bureau operatives MUST obey all national laws, they DO.
However, the unregistered superfur ladies in Japan who are also subject to this law, usually do NOT obey it.

Interesting~~~
Wouldn't the non-registered super furs be hunted for not obeying that law?

Yes, but they're hard for normals to find or deal with, and the Japanese BoS isn't exactly exerting itself looking for them, having more important fish to fry.
