This photo will always make me smile. Not just because of the cute kid playing peek-a-boo but the lady underneath the rainbow umbrella.
She wanted me to take pictures by her food cart, so I willingly did!
Why not, right?
She brought me over, did some photos then I heard her mood change instantly. She had seen me making the children laugh and be joyous and thoroughly enjoyed it herself. She then told me that she had just lost her son in a car accident that weekend and that I brought a smile to her face for the very first time since then. My heart sank but at the same time I felt good about what I did.
I became a fursuiter to make people smile. Making her smile is my most proudest moment. I told her, "I'm so sorry for what happened, I can't change the past but I'm very happy to know what I do helped you smile again, how much it means to you really means a lot to me." I gave her a huge hug and told her to keep smiling, she said thanks to me, she will be smiling a lot again.
It was a very touching moment. One I will remember for the rest of my life.

Seeing others smile is my favorite thing! I'm glad to been able to bring her happiness again. It meant a whole lot to me!
I love doing this kind of stuff too, it's why I am in the fandom because I love to bring people joy.

It's a hard thing to do honestly. I try all the time :P Even if you don't be able to, you tried.

Have fun at MFF! I've always wanted to go, but just can't get the time nor come up with the funds for it. Though I shall see you at BLFC.
It was the saddest thing I ever had to hear from someone while in suit. So much that I broke character and talked to them to apologize for what happened and also thank her for letting me know how much of an impact I caused.
