Second last Appmon episode has aired. Well it had it build up, humans partners did stuff but the appmon partners also had their part.
Although it sure was brief. Offmon finally did not longer hide how terribly he felt about everything was happening around him (as for fun fact, it was sorta his fault) but too bad no real confrontation about it? Sure the others forgave him quickly, everyone felt sorry about him, in five seconds but nevermind I guess.

Hey it was convenient, to be able to get out of their god bodies (though their souls were reverted back into their standards forms) and wander inside Levianthan's body while gross worms attacking them (I don't even want to know what they are, ew)

Offmon was the first to stay behind to cover for the others to escape and he made just one request:
"Please save Yuujin for me"

Poor little guy.

Franchise, you tried so hard to make the humans the stars all the time but I really appreciate you devoted episodes 27 to 32 around Offmon.
He may not have much screentime as the others, but he ended up standing up more for being different and the being literally the only one we got a slight idea how he lived before to meet his "human" partner. He wasn't "just another one in the crowd", he stood his place.
For that, it was pretty fair enough. Not every character gets that treatment, and I'm pretty used to anyone would get my fancy would get much much less love from the show itself.

Offmon you are great, I like you. And hope can get inspired to draw you for a bit more even after I finish the comic story I'm working where you are the star.
