I'm a little impressed because I thought it was quite obvious. Guess not, that's ok.
You know, the character is a black bear. (I have no clue if you know the OC in question, you can look at his section of the gallery)
"Noir" in French means "black", so you can imagine that this OC is so centered on the fact he's black,
that seeing an artwork about him where black isn't used even for outlines, it's quite unusual, I find it amusing.
(there are actually 11 black dots, but I believe they are not intentional)
