It really is unnecessary censorship since manga and anime meant for children used to have full frontal male nudity present on a consistant basis. Only recently does it get censored like with Dragon Ball Z Kai. A film called Kirikou and the Sorceress (Kirikou et la Sorcière) got a 4 year delay release just for it's accuracy to what tribes wore (or didn't wear) in that time period. Parents really do overreact to everything.

For the second statement I'd think that Tony would want his artwork posted in libraires located in his home town before wanting it posted in yours. Not to be rude but it's up to the owners of the art on what's allowed to be put up in public locations.

The world is fortunate that values are always changing for whatever reason and no final verdict is ever decided outside of crimes that will always be considered evil.

I was shocked to find out that about a century ago it was considered acceptable to control the cat population by drowning kittens.

There are still places, I'm sure, that do that.
I'm not that shocked, humans do much worse, even to their own kind.
