This is a follow-up from the previous Shizune picture I uploaded few months ago.
After Shizune was forced to wear diapers by Tsunade, she was in need to use the toilet but Tsunade forbids her as it's part of her punishment. Looking all embarrassed, Shizune has no other choice but to mess in her diaper.
Luckily, Tsunade shown some generosity and offers Shizune a diaper change. Maybe Shizune finally knows what's it like to be in Tsunade's shoes for once.
