Nothing sucks quite like the only touch you're able to share with people you care about being the touch screen keyboard of your phone.
I do not have a significant other, so I can't entirely relate to the severity of that, but someone I am very sweet on lives very far away so I understand to a degree.

It's been nearly two and a half years for me and my partner at this point, but we're still goin' strong.
Thank you for this emotional work. I'm in this exact predicament with one of my best friends right now and this painting encompassed everything I'm feeling. It's strengthens me to know I'm not the only one.
Yeah...My best friend lives about 2000 miles away, as well. This piece applies to several people in my life rn, including friends, family and crush, so this was just a cathartic piece I really needed to get out.
