The last of my parody works is the BBC version of Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, featuring Jaru (name on the robe). This one has the most Easter eggs. Have fun finding them, they aren't too hard to find, but there are a lot of them. Oh, by the way. That is Mystery Otter with the polite sweatshirt. Jaru's 42nd birthday was right around the time of the con, too.

"...Here I am with a brain the size of a small planet and they make me blow dry their costumes. It's so... Depressing."
Hmm, if I ever make a fursuit drying tree I may just have to make it look like Marvin now
(Marvin Voice.) "Huhhhh.... Typical... How Depressing. And to think only six million years ago the only job I had that I liked was being a Washing Machine..."
It was fun to talk with Keefur and Draconus on the phone. Well, I was talking to Keefur on the phone, and Draconus chiming in from the background, tossing all sorts of ideas around I love how this turned out, all the details and hidden bits including how you furrified the H2G2 logos old and new, clutching the ever-important towel, incorporating both the bowl of petunias as well as the whale, the mice, modified "Don't Panic" slogan, altered Death Star, getting Jaru's claw coming out over the pocket, and fun way to get the fish reference in there

There are other bits you may not have seen. The attribution tag on Marvin, the mice on his shoulder, the #42 and "by Keefur" on his displays. I also wanted to have your name on it without having to "label" you in the image. I tried really hard to incorporate as much as I could into the image. Unfortunately for me, I had never seen the BBC version of this show and had to rely on what I could find online. I'm glad you liked it and Draconis thanks you for the credit shout out.
I just noticed the Mice on Marvin's shoulders and the confectionary types around the cake. I also spied the "42" in the central readout on Marvin's chest panel. You think he might have known the Answer all along?
You saw the "Body by Fischer #366" tag on his body, too? He probably knew the answer, but thought nobody would care.
Ah! I didn't see the little picture of the stagecoach on the robot's body builder's tag. Now I wonder if Robot Body Building might be outsourced to the celestial equivalent of the old GM plant somewhere in the Galaxy?
Just something funny I added. My brother used to mess with old cars, and he had a 1926 Cadillac Sport Roadster that had Fischer body number 299.
It had Cadillac job number 1135. He got cancer in the 90's and had to sell it. The car was still under factory warranty. It had less than 4000 miles on it. It ended up going to Italy, I think.
