I thought she was some sort of lizard girl, than a kappa. I don't see a tortoise shell on her back or the or the bowl of water on her head, so I just thought it was your name for her.

The shell is flat and tiny so it fits on her back smoothly & doesnt interfere with clothes i want to draw :D its obviously a lot more feminine and anthropomorphic than the original fabled kappa. and.. you cant even see the top of her head so of course you cant see any water plate lmao. Its more a water flower like thing on her though cause its how i wanted to interpret it.

Anyway, you took time to tell me i incorrectly portrayed a kappa creature, but a person is just gonna draw what they feel like in the end, right? That's why i very much enjoy art :)
