Terms of Service

Will NOT Draw:
Cub Porn, Toilet fetishes, Gore or Mutilation, Non-Con, General Hyper, Hyper Inflation, Hyper Fat, Diapers, Vore, Beast (people/anthro on animal)
(If you think your character/content is on the verge of these ask, don't assume I won't do them, thanks)

Will Draw:
M/F, F/F, M/M, Some Rule 34, Transformations, Cross-dress, Bondage, Harem, Toys, Feet/Paws, Facials, Chubby Furs, Internal Shots, Piercings, Roleplay, S&M

Questionable Skills:
HIgh-tech armor and/or weaponry, feral anatomy, skinny/lithe builds, extreme perspective, urban settings

Editing:
Any linework received from me is yours to do with as you please as long as proper credit is given to me as the original artist of the linework. In fact, I encourage it. I love to see others colors put on top of my work so feel free to have someone color it or color it yourself. :3

Reposting:
I am no nazi about posting my art across the net. I've shown all the people that matter in my life the worst I've ever drawn so at this point I've nothing to hide. Commissioners have general rights to post their orders up where they please.

Privacy:
Commissions I cannot show or upload onto the internet. If you really don't want the internet to see the art I'll charge an extra fee for not posting. A $10 fee will be charged if you want your work private. I understand if it's personal and you don't want to share, that is fine. If you do not specify this at the beginning and surprise me in the end, AFTER giving you the art you will be charged $20. If you don't pay then I will have the rights to post it to the internet, and block you. Easy as that.

Refunds:
I can do full refunds if there is 0% progress on your art. IF work has been done on your commission you will be partially refunded for the work I have done, so I am compensated for my time. You will get all the progress done on the art, and part of the money back. (Funds returned all depends on how much work has been completed) I do sometimes take longer than other times to do work because of life, but if you be patient you will ALWAYS get your work.

Deadlines:
Unless I am given a specific time frame I will finish commissions when I can. Some can be done that night and others up to a few weeks (in rare cases, longer depending on RL things). Unless you give me a specific time that I am comfortable with I will expect you to NOT complain to me. You may check up, but do NOT bitch. You gave me NO specific time frame and I am expected to do it when I can. Thank you.

Copyright:
My policy stands that if you purchase my art you are entitled to ONLY post (with credit) or print for your personal self. You do NOT have the right to re-sell in mass quantities or use for selling on anything of any kind. Unless you pay for the full rights (which is a HEFTY fee) you may not do any of what is stated. If you want the rights to a piece of art you bought or want to buy please inform me before the commission, if you do not and I find out I will ban you from my page, put a BIG post on Artist-Beware, and make sure your name and e-mail/paypal/ect will be known so that people will be aware of your actions.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and the right to terminate a commission in progress. In the latter case the customer's money will be refunded minus the amount required for the work done up to that point and any work completed up to that point will be sent out to the customer.

YOU have the right to CHANGE your idea if I have not started inking it. If your character has changed or a relationship problem has happened, don't be afraid to approach me about changing your idea. You may NOT change said idea if I have started your commission's linework.

Consider this your only warning.

Sketch Viewing and Fixing:
All Commissions over $50 includes a rough sketch to be approved by you before cleaning up the line art and/or adding color. Under $50 does not require one as it's more than likely simpler than a single You only get one (1) major fix-up or alteration, after that its a $5-$10 depending on extent of a simple change or a WHOLE re-drawing. (Completely re-drawing something will cost more depending on the extent, if it is MY screw up I will gladly do it for free)

The only time edits can be made is in the Sketch and Flat Color stages. After that there is a $10-20 fee. (No exceptions)

Only upon request will commissions less than $50 get a rough sketch (only) to be approved. (These obviously do not include edits, any edits for commissions under $50 will still be charged for fixes.)
